To perform NCOA Address Validation, we need:

• Your list with the following fields: Full Name and/or Company Name, Address, City, State and Zip in an .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .txt, .tab or .dbf format.
• Fill out and return to us the list owner portion of Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF).

In return we will provide you with:

• Confirmed current records.
• Updated addresses for people/businesses that have moved.
• Bad Address list - where there is no forwarding address.
